In this session you will learn: *How to apply for an EIN number *How to find and complete your Articles of incorporation application for your state *Basic brand protection strategies *What document templates you should have on hand *How to set up basic systems to separate business finances from personal finances *Clients will also walk away with step by step instructions to complete tasks and referrals for business insurance and accounting assistance. ***Clients should know what kind of business they want to start if they have not started already.
